GTEC TECHNICAL SERVICES undertake the design, supply & installation of HVAC works including the following:
o Thermal heat load calculations as per Authority standards.
o Detailed Engineering, Equipment Selections, and Preparation of shop drawings.
o In House fabrication of G.I and Pre Insulating Ductworks.
o Installations of Chillers, Decorative Split, Split Ducted, Package units, with related works of FCUs, AHUs, VAVs, Chilled Water Piping, Ducting, Air Outlet installations
o Chilled water Balancing and Air Balancing.
o Installations of Ventilation Systems including Exhaust Fans,Ducting Works
GTEC TECHNICAL SERVICES undertake the design, supply & installation of following Electrical works:
o Complete design of LV Electrical System of the projects including design of illumination, small power, load distribution, single line diagrams and related panel fabrication details for authority and consultant approval.
o Supply & installation of all illumination and small power works including Conduiting (PVC/GI), concealed box fixing, point wiring with wiring accessories and related works.
o Supply & installation of DBs, SMDBs, MDBs and LV Panels, including assembly of Switchgears, dressing, glanding and related works.
o Supply & lying of XLPE armored cables, underground, rough trays, Trunking, etc.
o Supply & installation of power supply to machines, AC units and other appliances through isolators and related works.
o Supply & installation of final fix items like light fixtures, ceiling fans, hand dryers and related works.
o Testing & commissioning of all electrical systems after permanent connections from statutory authorities, to the satisfaction of clients and as per statutory norms
Complete design of drainage system as per DM regulations water supply systems as per statutory regulations,- shop drawings for all related mechanical works (including-ahead calculations for domestic water pumps and drain- age system for AC and other related works).
o Supply & installation of internal and external drainage works using UPVC pipes of all dimensions as per design.
o Supply & installation of internal and external water supply using UPVC pipes, hot water piping with copper pipes, cold water piping with PPR/PEX pipes, connections to water transfer pumps, connections to booster pumps, connections to water tanks, fixing water meters and all pump room related works.
o Pressure testing of all water piping works as per statutory standards.
o Supply & installation of sanitary fixtures and CP fittings- with accessories and related works.
o Testing & commissioning of total drainage & water supply system as per statutory regulations up to the satisfaction of clients & consultants.
GTEC TECHNICAL SERVICES undertake the design, supply, installation and testing & commissioning of following Systems:
o Complete Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System as per the Civil defense requirements.
o All types of Fire Sprinklers.
o Campus Integrated Fire Alarm
o Emergency and Exit Lighting Systems.

This includes the Division staff & visitors, Subcontractors, Consultant staff, and the persons affected by the operations. GTEC is committed to the conservation of the environment. The operations shall be conducted in a manner to minimize any detriment to the environment. Disposal of waste shall be efficiently controlled. GTEC shall maintain the safety standards through training and encourage interest and enthusiasm in safe working. The personal responsibility for the safety rests in line with the management and safety is considered as prime factor of its duties. Every employee who supervises or directs the work of others, shall use his best efforts to assure safety of each employee under his supervision. The effectiveness of this policy and its implementation shall be monitored by GTEC.
